The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Reason to Return a product
- Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
- Please take note that, change of mind / No longer needed (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase) / you do not like the product after opening the package are not eligible for return.
- Opened product cannot be returned if it contained a seal on the outside of the package and you could read the product license before opening its packaging.
Conditions to Return
For any defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete product, you must submit the request within 24 hours of receiving the product, the product must be unused, returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box including the original tags, original receipt, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. Please do not put tape or stickers on the box.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Quality Evaluation
The quality evaluation process may take up to 2-4 working days once the item reaches our warehouse. The refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and if it is deemed to be a valid return. If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you.
Refund Policy
Refund policy only applicable if your product is eligible for refund once we have completed the quality evaluation.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank check within Thirty (30) business days of receiving the cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by Cash or bKash, we will ask the bank account info of customer to refund the amount within Thirty (30) business days. (If any special request not received from customer end)
- If you applied for changing the payment process, we will ask for sending supporting documents for compliance.
- Please take note that Online Payment charge will be detucted from paid amount.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery cost includes tip.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup Contact
If you select in-store pick-up, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name, Mobile number, and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government-issued photo ID and order number for pickup. ikhlasBazar Online Store is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
